Saw Dudes: Return of the Saw

Using the table saw, Elliott cuts a dado in one of the box walls.

The group ensures that the inner components fit snugly within the box when the base rests flush in the rabbets on each of the box walls.

After shattering the glass for the prototype box, Mr. Grisbee is not happy. 

 Asa and Nathan wet sand the poker chips to ensure a nice, smooth surface without accumulating any dust.

These are the rectangular pieces of wood (Padauk, Purpleheart, Yellowheart) that
will be inserted into the mitered spline joints at each corner of the box.
